This past summer Brooklyn’s EndAnd announced the release of a brand new LP titled Adventures of Fi in Space, which features contributions from members of Generator Ohm, The Stink, We Are Augustines and many more.
The band has been gaining some serious momentum over the past year thanks to a word-of-mouth buzz and a unique sound that draws in influences from the punk, math punk and garage rock genres; (they’ve even been compared to giants like The Pixies, Guided By Voices, Wavves and Cloud Nothings).
Their most recent LP Adventures of Fi in Space is actually a summation of two separate EPs (Adventures of Hi-Fi in Space and Adventures of Lo-Fi in Space), and some of the many famous musicians who are featured on the album include Ernest D’Amaso and Willie Cheson of Generator Ohm, Dan Kramer of The Stink and Robert Allan of We Are Augustines.
The band just debuted a brand new music video for “Commando” last month, but the kick ass Frank Black-ish track “So What Now” also deserves a good listen:
